These terms apply to intothebeauty.com (the "Site"), operated by Natalia (the "Operator"), an individual based in Barcelona, Spain, trading as Into The Beauty. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About the project
Into The Beauty is the editorial project of Natalia — a curated point of view on quiet taste across wardrobe, home, glow, and travel, distributed through this Site, the Substack newsletter, Pinterest, Instagram, and a ShopMy storefront. All channels are operated under the same editorial voice and these same terms.
Intellectual property
All written content, photography, and design on the Site, on the Substack newsletter at intothebeauty.substack.com, and on social channels operated under the Into The Beauty name are the property of the Operator unless otherwise credited. Sourced imagery is used with credit and contextualization where applicable.
You may read, save, and share links to content on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, mirror, scrape, repackage, train AI models on, or use the content commercially without prior written permission. To request a use right, write to hello@intothebeauty.com.
Editorial recommendations are opinion
Product recommendations across the Site, the newsletter, Pinterest pins, and Instagram posts are editorial opinions, not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. Recommendations reflect what the Operator has actually used or carefully considered, never paid placements unless explicitly disclosed in the line above the item.
Prices, availability, and product details are accurate to the best of the Operator's knowledge at the time of publication and may change without notice. Always check the retailer's page for current information before purchasing.
Affiliate relationships
Most outbound product links — on the Site, on the Substack newsletter, and on Pinterest pins — are affiliate links, primarily managed through ShopMy. When you click through and complete a purchase, the Operator may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed in compliance with FTC guidance (US), the UK Competition and Markets Authority's Hidden Ads guidance, and equivalent EU advertising codes.
Affiliate status does not influence editorial selection. Products are recommended on editorial merit only — never because of a commission rate.
Third-party services
The Site links to Substack, Pinterest, ShopMy, Instagram, Vinted, and other third-party services. Those services are independently operated under their own terms and privacy practices. Into The Beauty is not responsible for the content, availability, performance, or commercial practices of any third-party service.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Operator does her best to keep information accurate and the Site online, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that the Site will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site, the editorial recommendations, or any third-party service linked from the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, where it applies, consumer-protection law and statutory rights you may have as a consumer in the EU or UK).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or connected with the use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain — without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the EU.

These terms may be updated as the Site evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
